As I homeschool Juliet, I want her to experience more stuff and have more friends. So I looked into Girl Scouts. Now I'm not saying Girl Scouts is bad but they don't encourage the same values that we do. They have started encouraging a lot of worldly values. I thought well I can't shelter her forever and decided to find a troop. We couldn't find a troop though.. it was odd no one would call us back. I emailed and called the Lexington troops many times but no answer back. I truly believe God did not want us joinin and I prayed that God would help me find something. Then suddenly one day I found American Heritage Girls. I instantly loved it. This is a God centerd organization that teachers girls to put Christ in the center of their life. The morals and attitudes are wonderful. This is what I prayed for. I found out we had a troop in Lexington-PRAISE GOD ! We joined and finished out the year with them. Juliet loves it!
