Yummy Potato Wedges !

So my friend brought these  potato wedges to church.  They were so yummy !  She was nice enough to tell me how. Now we have made them and I'll pass the recipe to you.

Ingredients:
2 Tbs Olive Oil
Salt
Season all
Potatoes
Large Zip Lock Bag
Non stick Spray
Preheat oven to  400 degrees
Slice your potatoes into wedges. We have allot because we are using them for lunch and dinner.

Then you pour "eye amount" probably 2 Tbsp of Salt and Season all for a big patch.
Place in the large bag with the potatoes.  Pour 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil over the potatoes.  Close the bag and shake  it all up.

Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray and pour the wedges on to it. In the oven they go for 20 minutes. Take them our flip and shake them. Then in the oven for another 20 mins.
* We add cheese or bacon and then put them back in the oven til all is melted together.
